TotalEnergies

One business-unit calendar, without extra operational weight.

TotalEnergies calendar presented on a laptop and smartphone in a studio using the group colours

SCOPE / OWNERSHIP

I designed and developed an internal web calendar to plan, organize and track communications and physical events for the Lubricants business unit.

Role
Product design, UX/UI, accessibility and full-stack Next.js development.
Scope
Authentication, database, filters, event creation and editing, dashboard and exports.
Context
Internal solution for TotalEnergies Lubricants.

01 / The challenge

Bring several operational needs into one interface while keeping event creation fast and the overall schedule immediately readable.

02 / My approach

I organized the product around four recurring actions: filter, create, edit and export. The dashboard provides an overview without multiplying screens.

03 / Visual identity

Visual identity

For this internal product, I worked within the existing system without overloading it. Group colours help orientation, while a neutral base keeps data and operational actions in the foreground.

Design decisions

01

Start with real tasks

Filters, creation, editing and exports shape the navigation before any decorative choice.

02

Keep one shared view

The dashboard gathers useful signals without turning the tool into a sequence of widgets.

03

Connect design and delivery

The same ownership covers interface architecture, accessibility and full-stack integration.

06 / Delivery

Delivery

Delivered: one central tool bringing calendar, data, access rights and exports into a consistent experience.
